Regulations and directions 31. - (1) Any power under this Order to make regulations is exercisable by the Department. (2) Any such power includes power to make such incidental, supplemental, consequential or transitional provision as appears to the Department to be appropriate. (3) Regulations under this Order shall be subject to negative resolution. (4) Any power under this Order to give directions -
(b) includes power to vary or revoke the directions by subsequent directions.
(5) Paragraph (2) applies in relation to any power of the Department under this Order to give directions as it applies in relation to any power of the Department to make regulations.
(b) shall be subject to negative resolution.
