Instruction, lectures, etc., on questions relating to the functions of councils. 110. A council may make, or assist in the making of, arrangements whereby the public may on application readily obtain, either at premises specially maintained for the purpose or otherwise, information concerning the services available within the district of the council provided either by the council or by public bodies or by government departments, and information as to local government matters affecting the district.
