12. Subject to the provisions of this Act any person who (a)commits, or attempts to commit, any act declared by this Act to be unlawful; or (b)acts, or attempts to act, in contravention of or fails to comply with any orders made under this Act; or (c)being a person in whose case a licence granted under this Act has been cancelled [or revoked] applies for a new licence and conceals the fact that his licence has been so cancelled [or revoked], or (d)during any period in which a licence granted under this Act to him is suspended, applies for a new licence and conceals the fact that his licence has been so suspended; or (e)being the holder of a licence granted under this Act infringes any of the conditions attached to the licence; Penalties.
