Review of consents and conditions under s.7 or 8. 10.(1) The Ministry may review any consent given under section 7 or 8 at intervals of not less than three years from the giving of the consent or the last review of the consent or at any time on the application of the person making the discharge in question. (2) The Ministry may, on a review under subsection (1), vary the consent or any conditions to which it is subject. [(3) Where the Ministry varies under subsection (2) a consent or any conditions to which it is subject, the Ministry shall give notice of that variation to (a)the person by whom the discharge permitted by the consent is made; (b)the Foyle Fisheries Commission where the discharge is made in the Londonderry Area; (c)the Fisheries Conservancy Board for Northern Ireland where the discharge is made outside that Area; (4) In this section any reference to varying a condition includes a reference to imposing new conditions and to the substitution of conditions.
