Tithe composition Acts shall be taken to extend to Her Majesty, &c. 49. And whereas doubts have arisen how far the several Acts for establishing compositions for tithes in Ireland extend to tithes forming part of the hereditary revenues and possessions of the Crown in Ireland: For the removal of which doubts be it enacted and declared, that the said Acts shall be deemed to extend to the Queen's Majesty, as if named therein; and that all compositions for tithes belonging or which may have belonged to her said Majesty are and shall be deemed to have been good, valid, and effectual to all intents and purposes, as any compositions established in lieu of tithes belonging to any other person.
