Penalty for wilfully setting chimneys on fire. 30. Every person who wilfully sets or causes to be set on fire any chimney within the limits of the special Act shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding five pounds: Provided always, that nothing herein contained shall exempt the persons so setting or causing to be set on fire any chimney from liability to be indicted for [any other offence].
