Contracts for building entered into before passing of special Act to be completed with alterations rendered necessary by such Act. Difference of cost occasioned by such alterations. 210. The clauses of the Railways Clauses Consolidation Act, 1845, with respect to the recovery of damages not specially provided for, and penalties, and to the determination of any other matter referred to justices, shall be incorporated in this and the special Act; and such clauses shall apply to the town or district within the limits of the special Act, and to the commissioners, and shall be construed as if the word "commissioners" had been inserted therein instead of the word "company."
