Final resolution not to be carried into effect for one month. 134. [Subject, as respects the slaughtering of cattle for human consumption, to the provisions of the Slaughter-houses Act (Northern Ireland), 1953,] the commissioners may from time to time, with the concurrence in writing of the inspector, and by special order as herein defined, but not otherwise, purchase, rent, build, or otherwise provide such slaughter-houses and knackers' yards as they think proper for slaughtering cattle within the limits of the special Act.
