Incorporation of 1847 c.34 ss.132 155. 55. So much of the Towns Improvement Clauses Act, 1847, as relates to things to be done by the [district council] by special order only, and so much thereof as relates to clocks, and so much thereof as relates to entry by the [district council] or their officers in execution of the Act, and so much therof as relates to ensuring the execution of works required to be done by the owners or occupiers of houses or lands, shall be incorporated with and form part of this Act. And with respect to the sale of gunpowder:
