Orders and regulations. 22.(1) The Ministry may make regulations for prescribing anything which by this Act is required or authorised to be prescribed. (2) Any order of the Ministry made under Part I of this Act and any regulation made under any of the provisions of this Act shall (together, in the case of an order, with the report of [the Agency] relating thereto) be laid as soon as may be before each House of Parliament, and if either House of Parliament, within the statutory period next after any such order or regulation has been laid before it, resolves that the order or regulation be annulled it shall thenceforth be void but without prejudice to the validity of anything done thereunder in the meantime or to the making of a new order or regulation. If one or more of a set of regulations is or are so annulled the Ministry may, if it thinks fit, withdraw the whole set.
