22.(1) Every person employed in a quarry, other than the owner, occupier, or agent, who is guilty of any act or omission which, in the case of an owner, occupier, or agent, would be an offence against this Act, shall be deemed to be guilty of an offence against this Act. (2) If a quarry is not managed or worked in conformity with this Act, the owner, occupier, and agent thereof shall each be deemed to be guilty of an offence against this Act.
