Records and notices in relation to the employment of young persons. 29.(1) The occupier of a shop in which any young person is employed shall, in the prescribed form and in the prescribed manner, keep a record of the prescribed particulars as to that person, including particulars of the hours worked by him, and of the intervals allowed for rest and meals to him; .... (2) The occupier of a shop in which any young person is employed shall, in the prescribed form and in the prescribed manner, keep exhibited and readily available to that young person, a notice setting forth the number of hours in the week during which he may, in accordance with the provisions of this Part of this Act, be employed, and such other particulars as may be prescribed. (3) In the case of any contravention of the foregoing provisions of this section, the occupier of the shop shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five pounds for every day on which the contravention occurs or continues.
