Penalty for failing to give name, etc., to police. 27. If any person refuses to give his name and address to any member of the Royal Ulster Constabulary acting under section 22, or gives a false name or address, he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding [#20].
