Unlawful supply and consumption etc., in registered clubs. 24.(1) If, in a registered club, intoxicating liquor is (a)supplied to, or obtained or consumed by, any person other than a member or duly admitted visitor or an employee of the club; or (b)supplied to, or obtained by, any person otherwise than during the permitted hours; or (c)otherwise supplied to, or obtained or consumed by, any person in contravention of any provision of this Act or of the rules of the club; (i)the club; (ii)any person so supplying, obtaining or consuming intoxicating liquor; (iii)any person permitting any such supply, obtaining or consumption; (iv)any person paying for or taking delivery of such intoxicating liquor; (2) Every registered club permitting any bar to open in contravention of the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding twenty pounds. (3) Every registered club acting in contravention of a rule of the club required to be made in pursuance of paragraph 17 of Schedule 2 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding twenty pounds.
