22.(1) A justice of the peace, on being satisfied by information on oath that there is reasonable ground for supposing that (a)a registered club is so managed or carried on as to constitute a ground of objection to the renewal under section 6 and Schedule 3 of its certificate, or (b)an offence under this Act has been or is being committed in a registered club, or (c)intoxicating liquor is ... supplied, or kept for ... supply, on the premises of an unregistered club, (2) A search warrant granted under this section shall authorise the constable or constables named therein to enter at any time, if need be by force, the club to which the warrant relates, inspect the premises of the club, take the names and addresses of any persons found therein and seize any books and papers relating to the business of the club. (3) A district inspector, head constable or sergeant of the Royal Ulster Constabulary, alone or accompanied by one or more constables, shall, without a warrant, have all the powers of a constable authorised by a warrant under this section. Penalty for supplying or keeping intoxicating liquor in unregistered clubs.
