Register of clubs. 13.(1) The registrar shall keep a register of clubs having premises within his district in respect of which a certificate (a)has been issued under any enactment repealed by this Act and is in force at the commencement of this Act; (b)is issued under section 10. (2) The register shall be in the form prescribed by regulations made by the Governor and shall show in respect of each club entered therein (a)the name of the club; (b)the date on which the application for the certificate was granted; (c)whether the certificate was issued for the first time or on renewal; (d)the address of the premises to which the certificate applies; (e)the names and addresses of the officials and the committee of management or governing body of the club; (f)the estimated maximum number of members of the club; (g)where the premises are not owned by the club, the name and address of every person beneficially entitled to receive any payment made by the club for the use of the premises. (3) The register and a copy of the rules of each club lodged with the registrar under section 2 may at all reasonable hours be inspected (a)without charge by a district inspector of the Royal Ulster Constabulary or by any member of that force authorised by him to inspect the register or the rules or by any officer of the Customs and Excise or of the Ministry of Finance; (b)by any other person on payment of a fee of [5p].
