Accom modation works not to be required after prescribed period, &c. 73. The company shall not be compelled to make any further or additional accommodation works for the use of owners and occupiers of land adjoining the railway after the expiration of the prescribed period, or, if no period be prescribed, after five years from the completion of the works, and the opening of the railway for public use.
