1.(1) The Governor of Northern Ireland may make orders prescribing: Para.(a) rep. by 1935 c.13 (NI) s.62 sch.5 (b)the amounts of the fees payable upon certificates of the registry of dog licences under section eight, and upon certificates of the payment of licence duty under section nine, of the Dogs Regulation (Ireland) Act, 1865. Subs.(2) rep. by 1935 c.13 (NI) s.62 sch.5 (3) The amounts prescribed by any such order in relation to fees payable upon certificates of the registry of dog licences or upon certificates of the payment of licence duty shall be substituted for the amounts respectively specified in sections eight, nine, and ten of the Dogs Regulation (Ireland) Act, 1865. (4) Every such order shall be published in the Belfast Gazette, and the production of a copy of such gazette purporting to be printed under the authority of the officer appointed to print the Acts of the Parliament of Northern Ireland, and containing the publication of any such order, shall be conclusive evidence of the making of such order.
