Persons licensed to slaughter horses not to be horse dealers at same time. 6.(1) It shall not be lawful for any person who shall be licensed to slaughter horses, during the time while such licence shall be in force, to carry on the trade or business of a dealer in horses. (2) If any person shall act in contravention of this section, he shall be liable upon summary conviction to a fine not exceeding ten pounds.
