Prohibition on persons coming in contact with body of person dying from notifiable disease. 11.(1) No person shall, without the consent of [the chief administrative medical officer of a Health and Social Services Board] or of some other medical practitioner, enter or remain in any room in which is lying the body of a person who has died while suffering from a notifiable disease, nor shall the occupier of any premises in which any such body is lying permit any person to enter or remain in such room without such consent. (2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence under this Part.
