Not to apply to private mausoleums. 207. The Local Government Board may, on the application of any [district council] acting as a burial board, by a provisional order, transfer any burial ground to which this Act applies from any burial board to any other burial board, and provide for the rights of all persons interested therein, and for the discharge of any liabilities and the adjustment of any claims affecting the same, and may make all such other provisions as may be proper for carrying such transfer into effect.
