Register of burials in every ground provided under this Act to be kept by burial board. 192. Subject to the provisions of this Act, it shall be lawful for [a district council] to appropriate for the purposes of burial grounds under this Act any land ... vested in any trustees, or others for the general benefit of the [district], or any specific charity: Provided always, that when any land so appropriated shall be subject to any charitable use such land shall be taken on such conditions only as the [High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland], in the exercise of its jurisdiction over charitable trusts, shall appoint and direct.
