Places may be provided for reception of bodies until interment. 181. It shall be lawful for the Local Government Board from time to time to make such rules and regulations in relation to the burial grounds and places of reception of bodies previous to interment under this Act as may seem proper for the protection of the public health and the maintenance of public decency, and for the proper registry of interments, and to provide for the imposition and recovery of penalties, not exceeding ten pounds for each offence, for the breach or non-observance of such regulations; and the burial boards, and all other persons having the care of such burial grounds and places for the reception of bodies, shall conform to and obey such regulations.
