1969 c.63 34.(1) Orders and regulations made under the foregoing provisions of this Act (other than orders made under section 4(3)) shall, except where otherwise expressly provided, be subject to negative resolution. (2) Without prejudice to the operation of section 4(4) and (5) of the Police Act 1969, the Ministry shall consult both the Police Authority and the Police Association before making any regulations under sections 10(4), 25, 26, 27 or 28. [(3) Regulations under sections 10(4), 25 and 26 (making provision with respect to allowances of members of the Royal Ulster Constabulary, reserve constables and police cadets) may provide that the allowances shall be of such amounts as may be determined by the Secretary of State.]
