Unlawful introduction of other articles. 35. Any person who, contrary to prison rules, conveys or attempts to convey or throws or causes to be thrown any letter or any other thing into or out of the prison or to a prisoner or places it anywhere outside the prison with intent that it shall come into the possession of a prisoner shall, where he is not thereby guilty of an offence under either of the last two foregoing sections, be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty pounds.
