19.(1) The Governor of Northern Ireland may by Order in Council apply to any substance any of the provisions of this Act specified in the Order, with such modifications, if any, as may seem to the said Governor to be desirable having regard to the nature of the substance to which the Order relates. (2) While any Order in Council relating to any substance is in force under this section, the provisions of this Act thereby applied shall have effect as if the substance were included in the definition of petroleum-spirit, but subject to such modifications, if any, as may be provided by the Order. (3) Any Order in Council made under this section may be varied or revoked by any subsequent Order. Provisions as to apparatus for and method of testing petroleum.
