Power of new town commissions to recover certain expenses from district councils. 27.(1) Where in any ... district ..., a new town commission ... (a)after consultation with the [district] council, and (b)with the approval of the Ministry, (2) Any question arising as to the amount payable by a [district] council under subsection (1) shall be referred to arbitration under and in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act (Northern Ireland), 1937. Power of Ministry to confer municipal functions on new town commissions.
