MAGEE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE LONDONDERRY ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1970 - SECT 10

Interpretation.

10. In this Act

"the Act of 1953" has the meaning assigned by section 3(2)(b);

"the appointed day" has the meaning assigned by section 1(1);

"the College" has the meaning assigned by section 3(2);

"the General Assembly" means the body known as "The General Assembly of the
Presbyterian Church in Ireland", or other the supreme authority for the time
being of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, constituted in accordance with
the laws of that Church, and any authority duly empowered to represent or act
for the General Assembly in that behalf;

"the Trustees" has the meaning assigned by section 1(1);

"the University" has the meaning assigned by section 1(1).
