Proof of certain matters. 66. An averment in any process in proceedings under this Act that (a)those proceedings were instituted with the consent of the Ministry or of the Attorney-General; or (b)any person is or was an authorised officer; or (c)at the time any offence under this Act is alleged to have been committed, the relevant transferred excise licence had not been issued to the person charged with the offence; or (d)the Ministry has or has not been satisfied as to any matter as to which it is required by any provision of this Act to be satisfied; Agent to produce authority.
