Application of specified provisions of 1960, c.22 to certain bodies incorporated outside Northern Ireland which are excluded from the operation of the Moneylenders Acts. 2. The following provisions of the Companies Act (Northern Ireland) 1960, that is to say, sections 356, 358 to 361, 363, 364 and 373, if apart from this section they would not so apply, shall apply in relation to a body incorporated outside Northern Ireland which carries on business within Northern Ireland and is excluded from the operation of the Moneylenders Acts (Northern Ireland) 1900 and 1933 by virtue of section 6(d) or (e) of the Moneylenders Act 1900 as they apply in relation to companies specified in section 355 of the said Act of 1960.
