Copies in form in schedule (F) to be sent to registrar general quarterly. 68. Every rector, vicar, or curate, or Presbyterian minister of a certified Presbyterian meeting house, and every registrar, registering officer, and secretary, who shall have the keeping for the time being of any register book of marriages wherein any marriage shall have been registered under this Act, shall at all reasonable times allow searches to be made of any register book in his keeping, and shall give a copy certified under his hand of any entry or entries in the same, on payment [for every search, of such fee as may be prescribed in respect of each year or part thereof to which the search extends, and for every single certificate, of the prescribed fee].
