Registrar to decide on ground of objection. 24. ... no marriage after such notice as aforesaid, unless by virtue of a licence to be granted by the registrar, shall be solemnized or registered in Ireland until after the expiration of twenty-one days after the day of the entry of such notice as aforesaid; and no marriage shall be solemnized by the licence of any registrar, or registered, until after the expiration of seven days after the day of the entry of such notice as aforesaid.
