Saving for Admiralty and War Office. 5. Nothing in this Act shall authorise the Society to enter upon, use, or interfere with any land or building or any right of whatever description vested in or exercised by the Lord High Admiral of the United Kingdom, or the Commissioners for executing the office of Lord High Admiral, or vested in or exercised by Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for the War Department, without their or his consent in writing first had and obtained, and subject to such conditions as they or he shall respectively require.
