High Court may direct new trials. 99. If [the High Court] be dissatisfied with the verdict returned upon a traverse, [it] may order one or more new trial or trials thereon, as to [it] shall seem meet, and as is usual in cases of issues directed by [the High Court], but no person shall be admitted to traverse oftener than once.
