Committee may execute leasing powers of lunatic having limited estate. 83. Where a lunatic has a limited estate only in land, and any power whatsoever of leasing the same is vested in him, the committee of his estate may and shall from time to time, in the name and on behalf of the lunatic, under order of [the High Court], execute the power, to such extent and in such manner as the order shall direct; and all fines, premiums, and sums of money (if any) received for or upon the granting of any lease under this present provision shall be applied and disposed of in manner directed in section eighty-five of this Act, respecting the fines, premiums, and sums of money therein mentioned.
