Order by the High Court upon any such report. 55. In any order confirming a report to be made by the master pursuant to the provisions of the sixty-sixth section of this Act, [the High Court] may further order, if it should seem fit and convenient to [it], (1)That the receiver appointed in the lunacy matter do continue to receive the rents of the real estate of the deceased lunatic for the purpose of discharging the claims and demands against the estate of the deceased lunatic in the matter of the lunacy for such time and subject to such conditions as to [the High Court] may seem right; (2)That the claims and demands against the estate of the said lunatic in the matter of the lunacy, or some or any of them, be paid out of the stock or cash standing in [the Supreme Court], and the separate credit of the lunacy matter, or out of such moneys, forming portion of the estate of the lunatic, as may then be in the hands of the receiver of the estate or committee of the estate of the lunatic, and in such manner, at such time, and subject to such conditions as to [the High Court] may seem fit; (3)That such steps be taken, proceedings had, and things done as to [the High Court] may seem fit and necessary for winding up and closing the said matter in lunacy; (4)That the said lunacy matter, upon production to the registrar of the probate of the will or letters of administrtion to the goods and effects of the deceased lunatic, be at such time, in such manner, and subject to such conditions as to [the High Court] seem fit and necessary, terminated in and dismissed out of lunacy; (5)That upon the dismissal of the said lunacy matter the receiver and the committee of the estate of the lunatic do give possession of the real and chattel real estate of the lunatic to such person or persons, and at such times, in such manner, and subject to such conditions as to [the High Court] may seem fit and expedient; provided always, that no order of [the High Court] that the receiver or committee should give the possession of all or any portion of the real or chattel real estate of the deceased lunatic to any person or persons shall be used, relied on, or received in any court as evidence of the title of such person or persons to whom possession shall have been given as aforesaid, pursuant to any order of [the High Court] by virtue of the provisions in this section contained; and Subs.(6) rep. by 1978 c.23 s.122(2) sch.7 Pt.I
