Orders to be entered by the master and office copies to be furnished and signed by him. 48. Every order made in a matter in lunacy by [the High Court, shall be entered by the master] in a proper book to be provided by him for that purpose, and he shall furnish office copies of any order or of any report, when confirmed, or of any part thereof respectively, signed by him, and sealed or stamped with the seal of his office, to every party in the matter or other person entitled thereto who shall require the same; and every office copy of the whole of an order or report confirmed as aforesaid, purporting to be so signed and sealed or stamped with such seal, shall at all times, and on behalf of all persons, and whether for the purposes of this Act or otherwise, be admitted as evidence of the order or report confirmed as aforesaid of which it purports to be a copy, without any further proof thereof.
