47. Every petition shall be filed before an order thereon shall be passed, and the order shall not recite any part of the statements contained in the petition, and only such part (if any) of the prayer as may be necessary, and an order shall not state any part of a report, except the master's conclusion or opinion, or so much thereof as may be necessary; [and rules of court may provide] for embodying (as far as may be) such provisions and directions as are now commonly or frequently inserted in orders and are not provided for by this Act, and for dispensing (as far as may be) with the formal parts of orders as now drawn up.
