Application and construction of Parts of Act. 50.Subs.(1)(2) rep. by SLR 1950 (3) Parts One and Two of this Act shall be construed as one with the Land Law Acts, and together with those Acts may be cited as the Land Law Acts, and shall apply to all holdings to which the Land Law Acts, or any of them, as amended by this Act, apply, and section twenty-two of the Land Law (Ireland) Act, 1881, shall apply as if the said Acts and Parts of this Act were part of the foregoing provisions of the said Act of 1881, within the meaning of the said section. (4) Parts Two, Three, and Five of this Act shall be construed as one with the Land Purchase Acts as herein defined, and together with those Acts may be cited as the Land Purchase Acts. (5) The provisions of Part III of this Act with respect to superior interests and a vesting order shall not, without the consent of the vendor and purchaser, apply to proceedings in respect of any agreement made before the commencement of this Act.
