Appeals. 31. Save as by this Act is otherwise expressly provided, every decree, order, and decision of a county court judge exercising jurisdiction under this Act, shall be subject to the like appeal as if the same were a decree pronounced by a county court judge in exercising ordinary civil bill jurisdiction under the Civil Bill Courts (Ireland) Act, 1851.
