Proceedings not to abate by death, &c. 76. Proceedings under this Act shall not abate or be suspended by any death or transmission or change of interest; but in any such case of death or transmission or change of interest, it shall be lawful for the Court, where it shall see fit, to require notices to be given to persons becoming interested, or to make any order for discontinuing, suspending or carrying on the proceedings, or otherwise in relation thereto, which to it may appear just.
