Court may rescind or vary its own orders, &c. 39. It shall be lawful for the Court to review and rescind or vary any order which shall have been previously made by it or by the Commissioners for the Sale of Incumbered Estates, or any of them; but, save as aforesaid, and as herein-after provided, every order of the Court shall be final.
