Order for application, and investment meanwhile. 70. Such money may be so applied as aforesaid upon an order of the Court of Chancery made on the petition of the party who would have been entitled to the rents and profits of the lands in respect of which such money shall have been deposited; [and if, before it is so applied, it is dealt with under section 81 or 82 of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978, the annual proceeds thereof shall be paid] to the party who would for the time being have been entitled to the rents and profits of the lands.
