General powers of Court in conduct of sale of land. 40. The Court shall have full power to apportion charges, rents, and covenants, and decide all questions whatsoever, which it may be necessary to decide for the purposes of this Act, and shall not be subject to be restrained in the due execution of their powers under this Act by the order of any Court.
