Selling, etc., intoxicating liquor contrary to conditions applicabe to certain licences. 56. Where any person who is the holder of a licence for premises of a kind mentioned in section 3(1)(c) to (g), himself or by his servant or agent, either sells intoxicating liquor or makes it avaliable for purchase in those premises otherwise than in compliance with the conditions set out in section 3(3) which relate to premises of that kind, he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding #100 and where this section is again contravened within one year after the conviction to a further fine not exceeding #100 for every day subsequent to the day on which he is first convicted of an offence under this section on which it is so contravened.
