41.(1) Except as permitted by or under this Act, a person shall not (a)himself or by his servant or agent (i)sell intoxicating liquor in licensed premises, or (ii)permit the consumption of intoxicating liquor in licensed premises; or (b)purchase intoxicating liquor in licensed premises; or (c)consume intoxicating liquor in licensed premises; or (d)take intoxicating liquor from licensed premises, (2) Any person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding #100. General permitted hours.
