Inspection of register. 35. A register of licences may, at all reasonable hours, be inspected, and copies of all or any part of any entry in the register taken, (a)without payment, by (i)any member of the Royal Ulster Constabulary; (ii)any officer of customs and excise; <(iii)any officer of a Ministry of Northern Ireland; <(iv)any member or officer of a local or public body, (a)for official purposes; or (b)on payment of such fee as may be prescribed by regulations made with the approval of the Ministry of Finance, by any other person.
