Power of enforcing decrees. 28. The said Judicial Committee shall have and enjoy in all respects such and the same power of punishing contempts and of compelling appearances, and His Majesty in Council shall have and enjoy in all respects such and the same powers of enforcing judgments, decrees, and orders, as are now exercised by the High Court of Chancery or the Court of King's Bench (and both in personam and in rem), ....
