(5) An order under subsection (2) may contain such incidental or supplementary provisions as appear to the Ministry to be necessary or expedient. (6) The Ministry may out of moneys provided by Parliament defray the expenses of any person acting in the place of the members of an industrial training board in pursuance of subsection (3) and recover from the board any expenses so defrayed.
