The treasury of Ireland may issue, for the purposes herein expressed, not exceeding, in one year, the sums hereinafter mentioned, viz. 1.] It shall and may be lawful to and for the lord high treasurer and under treasurer of the Exchequer, or the commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury, of Ireland, now or for the time being, or any three or more of them, from time to time, by warrant or warrants under his or their hands, to order and direct any sum or sums of money not exceeding, in one year, the sums herein-after mentioned, to be issued and paid for the several purposes herein-after expressed; that is to say, Carrickfergus Castle The above sums shall be payable out of the consolidated fund of Ireland.
